Herefordshire
produces some of the finest foods in the country and our policy is to use this resource to offer you a breakfast that is prepared from fresh, high quality, local ingredients. Our local Food Heroes who help us achieve this include:

Quarry Farm, two miles outside Leominster, who supply our sausages and black pudding from their own home raised stock.

The bacon is supplied by Drapers Lane Butchers who source it from local farms.

Wynnes, a Rick Stein Food Hero, supply our free range eggs and are based at Hope under Dinmore, about six miles from Ryelands.

Weobley Dairies, in the village of Weobley about nine miles away, is where we source our yoghurts.

Cheeses are supplied by The Mousetrap in Leominster. They sell a vast array of superb international and local cheeses including Monkland and Little Hereford which are made at their dairy near Monkland, a village only two and a half miles from Ryelands.

Jus Single Variety Apple Juice is produced near Ledbury about twenty miles away and has the best selection and taste that we have experienced.

The Honey is from down the road at Waldin House, no doubt the bees have feasted on the flowers in our garden!

Breads, biscuits and cakes are home made, while the breakfast tea and coffee are fair trade.
